The "Head Shot" or "PR photo" or "Facebook profile" is probably one of the toughest assignments there is for a photographer. Generally it requires a close up photo showing friendliness without too big of a smile. Plus be honest. Posed, yet looking natural. Sounds easy, but it's not.
